I’ve done over 50 of my own real estate transactions. I’ve bought properties, sold properties, held properties as rentals, and flipped properties. When you’re looking for property management services or financing, find someone to work with who has done their own deals. Cary knows where to spend money and where not to spend money, because he has that personal experience. As a beginner, you want to work with someone who has taken the same steps you are about to take.Most mortgage companies will offer normal conventional loans, but fewer will offer those loans to investors. With a conventional loan, you have to meet Fannie Mae 
guidelines. Well, a lot of lenders will add their own overlays on top of that, and it can be difficult for investors to get a loan for that.
